  I’ve had another frustrating experience with Mr Tire. I called the Westminster office for a quote for 4 tires and an alignment. I agreed and set up an appointment for installation and alignment. When I arrived the following week for the appointment, the tires were ordered but there was no record of my appointment. I was given a second higher quote. I left the car overnight and when I picked it up, the alignment was not done (the invoice said customer declined alignment, which I did not do). The price also went up a second time. The manager offered to get the alignment done ASAP for no charge, and waive the cost, but the overall price was still higher than the previous 2 quotes. I have no issue with the tire service performed, and the staff are friendly and well intentioned, but the experience was chaotic and unprofessional. Again.

  Had an appointment to have 4 tires and an alignment at 8am. Got there and Tim was the only person who showed up. Tim normally ran the desk. Tim took my car into the shop and mounted 4 new tires, balanced and did an alignment in about an hour. Tim is an incredible employee as far as I'm concerned. It's a shame nobody else showed up for work. Everything was great with the work he did. Thanks

  Great staff! They were friendly and helpful from the start. My new tires are great and were done just in time for the ice storm.

  I made an appointment at Mr. Tire in Westminster for 2:30pm to get a simple oil change and my fiance didn't end up leaving there until close to 5pm. After he arrived and they took the keys to the car, he sat there waiting for almost an hour just to be told they were waiting on an oil filter to be delivered. Had he known this ahead of time, he would've left there and went somewhere else instead of sitting there waiting for over 2 hours. I tried to call several times as well to find out what exactly was going on and how much longer things would take but no one answered the phone and I never received a call back either. Bottom line, next time I need an oil change I'll be going to jiffy lube instead.

  Had car drop off at the Westminster, after driving over a curb. The next morning Tim determined that the rim would not seal. He diligently researched finding a replacement but was unsuccessful. After a few days we finally found one and Tim quickly followed through with the work. Tim’s professional manner and his continued communication with us made this situation bearable.
