They are diligent in confirming what needs to be done, sharing their advice but not pushing it, explaining everything, and charging a fair price. Also, I have a small trash can in my car that they always dump out, do a quick vacuum of the car, hold the door open for me on the way out, and they even open and close my car door for me. I'm not sure if the male customers get such special treatment, lol, but I always know that I am in good hands here. Your hard work is seen and appreciated.
