  I had an amazing experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I went in for what I thought was just a simple oil change, but the team took the time to thoroughly explain the maintenance my car actually needed to run properly. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold or taken advantage of—instead, I felt genuinely cared for as a customer. That level of honesty and professionalism really stood out. Even though I live about an hour and 20 minutes away, I will absolutely be coming back. The customer service here is truly top-notch!

  Caleb was amazing from start to finish. He took the time to walk me through each step of the process and explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. He made the whole experience easy, comfortable, and even had me laughing the entire time. Great customer service all around, definitely made a routine oil change a pleasant visit!

  I just wanted to add to my last post that I asked for an oil change and the person who went over details of my car and said I needed extra stuff was very rude and offending! Eventhough I was the driver, did he not see my husband and older son in the vehicle! Yet with a threatening voice he said if I don’t get this thing done, I could be stranded on the side of the road! He said my oil was lower than normal and charged an extra quart! I wish I had asked to see the oil stick before he convinced me! Terrible experience

  I arrived at the location at 1025am...at 1127am I am still here. The team do good work on people's cars and trucks, but the shop organization and customer service standards need work. I was first in line with 3 cars waiting and was sent to line @ bay 3. There were a total of 3 cars finished before mine that came after me, and 2 more that entered the bays to be worked on while I was still in line. More awareness would fix this issue. Workers should be more aware of which customers came first and the status of the work being done in each bay to avoid what happened to me. No way I should see 3 people come and go after I arrived and not had any service done. Time is valuable and mine was wasted today.

  These guys were AWESOME! It was my 1st time getting an oil change at this location(with a coupon). I didn’t wait long at all(not long enough to read my Bible that’s for sure). I went in for an oil change. Mr Caleb ran thru everything I needed to know. He was very professional & gave me a ton of Information about how everything worked.(He didn’t pressure me to get any other deals, which I appreciate). A gentleman with a cool skull tattoo on his forearm adjusted my tire pressure without me even asking(& was informative as well!) Ms Ebony & Ms Kanice (sorry if I butchered your name!) went above and beyond to help me find out what was wrong with my vehicle, since I had my check engine light on.(thankfully it’s not dire)There was another gentleman with a long grayish/ginger beard. He was pretty funny as he & Caleb were letting me know which type of foreign cars to steer clear from. I wish was able to get everyone’s names, needless to say I had a very good experience. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant which mirrored the nice weather outside. I will be coming back in the future!
