  It seems that you get the same wash, regardless of what level you pay for. I paid $24 for“The Works” and the wash didn’t even get bird poop off the hood of my vehicle. There were no towels in the free towels dispenser, and one side of my self vacuum machine was not working. This place is convenient, just off of Route 5 in Waldorf. But I would go out of my way for a better service.

  Car Wash Caused Damage and Refused to Take Responsibility!!! I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience needs to be shared so others don’t end up dealing with the same issue. I decided to try this car wash instead of my usual spot, and it turned into a costly mistake. During the wash, a section of my truck’s fender/bumper trim was ripped off. This was not pre-existing damage — my vehicle was intact prior to entering the wash. Staff on-site had me file a claim and assured me someone would follow up. After waiting three weeks with no communication, I had to go back in person to get answers. The manager then told me they reviewed video footage and claimed there was already “separation” before the wash — which I strongly dispute. When I asked for proof, they could not provide any clear video or images to support that claim. I’ve since gotten a professional estimate from a mechanic/body shop, and the repair will cost me $275 out of pocket for parts, paint, and labor — for damage that occurred at their facility. What’s most frustrating is not just the damage, but the way it was handled: lack of communication, denial without evidence, and zero accountability. I’ve also noticed several other reviewers reporting similar issues, which makes this even more concerning. I’ve lived in Waldorf my whole life and try to support local businesses, but I also believe businesses should stand behind their services. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this car wash. I strongly encourage others to proceed with caution or consider alternative options. If the business is serious about customer service and accountability, I would welcome them to revisit my claim and resolve this fairly. **Update after owner response:** The owner claims they conducted a “thorough review,” yet still cannot provide any clear video or photo evidence showing this damage existed before the wash — even when I specifically asked for it in person. If there was truly pre-existing damage, that should be easy to show. Instead, I waited 3 weeks with no follow-up, had to return in person just to get an answer, and was told the site manager would contact me. It has now been another 3 weeks with no call. So after 6 weeks, I’ve received no proof, no real communication, and no accountability — just a denied claim. At this point, this feels less like a “thorough review” and more like a blanket denial to avoid responsibility. I stand by my original review. If the footage they claim exists actually supports their decision, I invite them to share it. Until then, customers should be aware of how situations like this are handled.

  It’s a nice convenient place to get your car washed because they offer free vacuums and towels. However they are ALWAYS out of towels and if they do have them available they are ALWAYS WET. It defeats the purpose using your towels wet if I’m waxing my car. Really need to invest in new and dry towels.

  Spoke with Isiah on 3/14/2026 regarding car wash not cleaning car he mentioned to come back next day because we couldn’t come back same day do to attending a event Went back On 3/15/2026 someone came out to look at the car and it was still dirty after 2nd attempt with another wash still dirty Staff called Riley (Manager) and he stated it’s been a day so no refund is available. Riley also mentioned Isiah was new and shouldn’t told us that. Isiah was doing the right thing his job to satisfy a customer but Riley apparently need more management training. I called yesterday to complain so you holding $24 with a unsatisfied customer when they seen the car was still dirty. I can write in the dirt crazy. We only gave them a chance do to stopping at Giant in the area The front and back of the car is dirty but sides are clean. The belt to move cars in the wash is to fast or your brushes are cheap. I go to others washes in the area with no problems
