  Unacceptable service. Was in the waiting area for five hours for a tire rotation with no updates. I went to them two times for an update after the fifth hour I couldn’t take it no more. I had to continue on with my life. Service agent said if I had any problems to reach out so I reached out the next day and a week later I still haven’t heard a response to the two emails I’ve sent since. Other people were there for 4-5 hours just for an oil change. Now I’m no mechanic so I don’t know exactly how long things like this takes but Valvoline and Jiffy Lube can do an oil change in ten minutes. While I was waiting they did send me a video telling me there was no damage under the hood but that’s not what I brought my in for. A tire rotation has nothing to do with what’s under the hood. Just not a pleasant experience. I see why people go to those other places. Good luck on your experience.

  In my experience in purchasing a used car and wanting what I want with the professional sale personal Robert,David they were kind and patient in making this happen.There is no other facility of Waldorf can bet this dream team.I thank them in being able to help me though this process.So if you need a car and want it right the Sheehy Nissan in Waldorf is the location to be happy.

  I drove mt car to Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf for simple radiator replacement and oil change. They kept my car overnight. I made all initial contacts. The price for radiator was changed 3 times. The total cost of radiator replacement was quoted at 2 different prices. I was told by Erin one of the service managers to take my car somewhere else because of price. Michael tried to accommodate but my friend said pri e was too high. So I paid for oil change. My friend drove my car. He didn't get far...from Nissan of Waldorf to The Dollar Genetal Store in Pinefield. He said car was smoking and making a loud noise. Called Nissan numerous times. NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL. I had car towed. I called next day, service depot Mgr nor service advisor never returned my call. That was last Thursday and Friday. Today is Saturday, March 28.

  I'm writing this review based on the courtesy and professionalism that the shuttle driver - Ryan, showed me today. It's storming outside and his shuttle was full of riders. So, I offered to be dropped off not far from my home (and would walk the rest of the way) to to avoid inconveniencing him/the other riders. However, Ryan reassured me that it was no bother and brought me to my home safely. He even stated: "I wouldn't want you to get caught in this storm..." That was truly thoughtful and heartfelt and I appreciate it, sir. Thank you.
