I called Sheehy Hyundai of Waldorf pretty close to closing. Byron answered my call and was courteous and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. I made an appointment and the sale was handled smoothly. All the staff that I dealt with were knowledgeable and courteous. I didn't feel rushed into a deal. The dealership was clean and comfortable. I would recommend Byron and this dealership.
I’m highly disappointed in the service center. I brought my car in for its first service after being purchased(from a different dealer). It was supposed to be a simple 50k mile tune up and oil change well now my engine is overheated and the ac no longer works. This car never had any issues with the engine until i brought it in!

Continues bad service. I was at the service center on March 26. After a three hour wait for a VIP oil change and car wash the service department highlight in RED costly mantaince needed for my vehicle that was just done 3 days prior (March 23rd) at another Hyundai service center. When I asked was a physical inspection preformed before flagging the services I was told they go by milage and age of vehicle when suggesting maintenance. Which tells me the Multi-Point inspection wasn't preformed. They also rotated my tires after I ask them not to because they were brand new tires installed on March 9, 2026. In the past I scheduled a VIP oil change and upon arrival was denied the service because of my vehicles low milage even though it had been over 6 months since an oil change. This is why outside of my VIP oil changes I avoid Waldorf Hyundai Service Center.

Terrible experience buying my car here. I honestly regret giving them my business, but they had the only car in the spec I wanted.
I test drove it on a Sunday and came back Wednesday ready to buy. As soon as I walked in, the manager said something like “look who comes to drive the cars to show James Miller,” loud enough for me to hear. James was a previous salesman there that I actually trusted, so hearing that was disrespectful and unnecessary.
On top of that, they tried to switch the sales price from what was listed online to a new price thousands higher. The salesman didn’t know anything about the car and was just making stuff up. Once I agreed to numbers, everyone disappeared. Didn’t see the manager again until after finance when he came out just to hand me the keys.
Whole place felt unprofessional and shady.
Sheehy Hyundai will not have my business in the future.
Only good part of the experience was the finance manager, he was nice and had the same car I was buying.

My hubcap came off while driving after service. It was secured before tires were rotated. Although we later found it, it was extremely damaged. I called and left a message, but No One returned my call to even offer a free replacement. The tire pressure light was on after service was completed as well. For some reason, I have had this happen often with Sheehy Service Centers (ones I have visited) and it would be beneficial to check to make sure it does not come on. I was extremely disappointed and have been with Sheehy Service Centers. Sheehy can and should do better especially since I purchased the VIP for 2 cars. I don’t feel like a VIP customer.
