  Definitely recommend!!! Some of the best customer service that I had the pleasure of receiving in a very long time! The current staff is some of the best in the business! I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends!

  I am extremely disappointed with Safelite service for the following reasons: 1) The first tech came to my home and did not have the correct windshield. 2) The second tech came to my home and installed the windshield incorrectly. The next morning the molding flew off while I was driving. 3) After three weeks I was told the replacement molding was delivered to the shop. I went to the shop for installation and was told it was the wrong molding. 4) Three weeks later the molding was installed. The next day it flew off the vehicle while I was driving. This process has taken several months and multiple rescheduling to complete. I complained to the regional manager about the unacceptable service and demanded compensation. He/she refuses to respond. I will never use this service again!!!!!!

  Always great experience with SafeLite. Easy setup, they keep up great comms (not too much), and have always had very professional and friendly techs. SafeLite is always my first thought for automotive glass repair.

  Had a good experience at the Waldorf location. They were punctual with the service they provided. The gentleman at the desk provided good customer service. An overall good experience.

  Tech was a No show for windshield replacement. Second time we have had very poor customer service for at home windshield replacement from the Waldorf Md store with same scenario. Typical response to not show up within the 5 hour time slot even though tech had confirmed the night before. A few minutes before 6pm the supervisor calls wondering if they had already come out for the job knowing full well they had not. Then he had no good excuses and wanted us to reschedule 5 days later at the shop. When trying to call back to reschedule of course no one answers. Called safelite customer service who said manager or district manager would call in the morning. No one ever called. Called back to customer service and they politely rescheduled a week later. Tech actually showed up early and completed the job. Still have not received a call back from the managers.
