- BMBruce MayoMar 24, 20264.0They recently had service interruption and I went to get my recalibration. My service center gave me the extension. I kept asking is my car gonna lock out even though you all are granting extensions due to company fault and was told everything would be fine. Guess what, my car locked out and I'm stuck at work at 6am. IM BEYOND LIVID! WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH A HIGHER AUTHORITY AND WILL BE LETTING THE MVA FOR MY STATE AWARE. Update 4-3-26.....A rep reached out to inquire about the situation and wanted to correct the inconvenience. I explained, there was nothing to be done since the situation had already happened and was in the past. The rep still adamant about fixing the problem and ultimately gave me a credit to my account. I will say, although the situation did occur, the rep was trying to correct the mistake which does soften the blow and I was appreciative.
