    Excellent service except for one detail; on the afternoon of Thursday, April 9, after returning the rental vehicle to this location, the driver of the van taking me back to the body shop where my car was being repaired was texting & driving and nearly rear-ended two vehicles in the process.

    I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I had a reservation scheduled for Friday, March 27, with a return on Sunday. The day before, I received a call asking me to contact the location first thing in the morning to confirm the best pickup time due to expected high volume. I appreciated the heads-up and called early Friday morning—only to be told there were no cars available and to call back around 3 PM. I called again around 2:30 PM and was placed on hold to speak with a manager. When I finally spoke with him, he asked if I could move my pickup date to Monday, March 30. Unfortunately, that was not an option, as I explained I had plans to travel out of town the next morning for my daughter’s cheer competition. After sharing that, I was told he would “call me back”. I never received a follow-up. I completely understand that rental locations can get busy and inventory can be limited. However, what was most disappointing was the lack of customer service and communication. There was no real attempt to problem-solve, offer alternatives, or even follow up with an update. Even a simple call back to say nothing was available would have been appreciated. Leaving a customer hanging—especially when they have time-sensitive travel plans—is unacceptable. I expected much better service and communication.

    Depends on the day, sometimes you can be in an out other days you wait a while. Plan ahead for a possible wait. I have encountered only friendly people here.

    It was the most horrific experience ever my car got totaled and the insurance got me a rental car put my card on file did all the things I was supposed to . I call customer service service to extend my rental on Friday to Monday . 30 mins after I talk to customer service about extension . Ms Jazmine Cameron calls me and states that I need to bring the car back now or make a payment now or I will be sent to do not rent list ( mind u they have my card on file ) . I say to her “ have your branch manager call me asap I will make payment there him( I don’t trust no woman with an attitude at work. Means u don’t like ur job so u will do what you want and treat people how you want .) Theo the branch manager never calls me at all . The young lady Jazmine calls me again and says the same thing I inform her she was supposed to have her branch manager call me so that I can make a payment through him . She hangs up the phone . All the while I’m still talking to customer service about it and extending my rental . On March 13 I get a call from Risk management Thomas Austin who was listening and being very considerate at the time stated if I returned car by03/14 and make payment I would be fine and wouldn’t have to worry about being on do not rent list . Well today I found out all of it was a lie . Thomas put me on the do not rent list right after we had made our agreement . Also found out today when you are put on the do not rent list you can not get off . Now I understand why the young lady did not have her branch manager call me back because she knew the process

    I would like to begin by commending the entire staff for their welcoming demeanor from the moment of my arrival. DaeVaun ensured that all aspects were handled accurately, resulting in my complete satisfaction. I must also acknowledge that the same positive energy was evident during my return visit to drop off the vehicle. Every team member was engaging and communicative; I regret not having noted each individual's name, as their collective pleasantness was truly remarkable.
