  I would like to acknowledge Darrell who is a service advisor at the Sheehy Nissan dealership in Waldorf, MD. Darrell is absolutely amazing, patient, kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the Nissan vehicles. Darrell is an advisor who I can always depend on for assisting me with my car needs and repairs. He gives me great suggestions and Darrell is so helpful with thoroughly explaining repairs which are needed for my car. Thank you a Darrell for being an awesome service advisor! 😊

  How do you get your vehicle back from this place? They've had my 20yr old truck since Tuesday. it's now Saturday and I can't even get in contact with anyone in the service department. Tyreek doesn't text back and not a soul has bothered to call back despite me leaving messages with their call center. Please, if anyone at Nissan reads this, please give me my truck back intact and running. It doesn't take this long to replace a camshaft sensor, even if you do admittedly break a clip in the wiring harness.

  This place is notorious for taking forever for a scheduled oil change, but you know they can get worse due to their incompetence thanks to Tim who was the service writer and everyone else there. Today my wife went with the car at 3:20 pm for a scheduled simple oil change. They kept on telling her they were almost done. At 6pm I decide to call to see what's going on. No one picks up the phone after several tries and I get transferred to the scheduling department at another location. They try to reach out to the dealership as well and no one picks up. My wife goes back at 6:10 (keep in mind she's waiting in the lobby) no one is there and all the offices are shut down. An employee or manager idk which named Chris finally sees her and couldn't find her car in the shop saying it's not there and had to search. In the end he found the car and gave it back but we have no idea what work or if any work was done because apparently he can't figure that out. Utterly embarrassing. Do not buy their service plans.
