  Upon arrival, the check-in process took close to 30 minutes while waiting in my car. This was disappointing since I had a scheduled appointment and, in the past, the process has typically been quick and efficient. However, my service representative communicated effectively and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle’s service, which I appreciated.

  Customer horrible and technician lied aboyt the work he wasn't supposed to do on my murano. I have asked fir a video and waiting for manager to contact me. Very angry..Vip Customer and not satisfied. I want to contact someone at the corporate office.

  When it comes to service I give them a very low rating because for one it seems like everytime I’m there for an appointment it takes way longer than it should, nobody gives you updates unless you ask, and make sure you don’t keep any valuables in your car which is common sense but when you’re going to a business where you bought your car you wouldn’t feel like you’d have to do that. One day a service tech stole my air pods out of my car, I realized immediately but thought it was no way someone stole them as I’m getting my service cause that wouldn’t make sense but they did and as soon as I realized I immediately reported it. I was told I’d receive a call about what would be done about it since the person who worked on my car had been fired a few days before. I never received a call about a replacement, a written check, literally nothing. so now I make sure if I leave anything in my car I’m taking pictures before drop off and the next time something goes missing it will be reported to the police.

  Hello DMV First of all, no one forced me to tell you how great my experience was when I went to Sheehy Nissan the Waldorf, but I’m gonna do it on my own accord. Last week was my third purchase from C Nissan Of, Waldorf, and once again at the end of the day I was satisfied. I’m very proactive so I gave them a call and explained to them exactly what I was trying to do as well as what I wanted to do if I paid them a visit and everyone understood and promised me that they would take care of me if I would just come in to finalize my offer. I left there that evening with the vehicle I wanted and a price very close to what I was expecting to pay and Wood that being said if anyone reading this message is in the market for purchasing a vehicle I suggest that you give Sheehy Nissan award off a chance to make your day a pleasant one.

  I will admit I was really worried about going to this location for service because of all the negative reviews I’ve seen. When I pulled my car in, everybody said good morning which is a plus these days when it comes to customer service. I must admit I had no issues. Darrell Lewis was my advisor, who was polite, and I was told that when I arrived they were backed up and that it would take about two hours for my oil change and tire rotation to take place. I appreciate them telling me upfront. They finished exactly when they said they would.
