    Sabrina and Tay'Vion at Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf are some liars, on Halloween day promised more for my trade, zero down, no payment for 90 days. I spent a week saying no to this so called good deal. Goes in text drove a couple of vehicles picked one out. They told me we are only giving you 3000 for your trade which left me upside down. Next I was told if you buy a new rougue I'll give you 8000 for your trade, I spent 3 hours at the dealership sitting at the desk all by myself until finally Tay'Vion came back telling me the dealership would or him would contact me with and update no one has reached out when I attempt to contact them no response so this dealership is some BS.

    For real they deserve zero stars from me the last time they broke my hood release latch and this time the service tech screwed the screw too tight on my oil pan which caused the pan to be replaced. Ok at now they give me a loaner car the car was nasty inside and dirty im the outside but the real kicker is that the loaner vehicle maintenance light was on and tire pressure low. I couldn’t believe it and the service manager at the Waldorf location should be fired for real.

    Absolutely Terrible Experience I only went there because I have a Nissan NV1500, and it's a Nissan Dealer, I've always gone to Ford in Prince Frederick and never had an issue, I Arrived and they gave me a different price than they did over the phone, I went out for lunch while they did the oil change and tire rotation, only when I got back did they start doing the oil change and tire rotation, mind you it's already been almost 3 hours, I get told it might take another hour, they send me a 27 point inspection video and they forgot to put the oil cap back on the truck, long story short oil went everywhere, all over the engine bay, so they had to clean it, and the I get told they can't rotate the tires because they don't know have the right equipment to do it, I don't get how you can sell a vehicle but not have the equipment to perform basic maintenance on the vehicle. And then lastly they test drove my truck when all they did was an oil change, they did nothing with the tires so there was no reason to test drive my vehicle.

    We recently purchased a 2025 Nissan Pathfinder. We worked with Amer and Jesse in the sales department, and Tonya in finance. They were professional, down to business, and communicative. Amer took the time to make sure I set up the bells and whistles in the car at the end of the buying process. I appreciated that they did not push us to purchase extended warranties/etc., and they thoroughly talked us through all of our buying options without pressure. The only issue that arose was that they required us to finance the car through Nissan and accept the down payment/interest rate stipulated, in order to secure the price quote that was offered (which was a very fair price). We were not made aware of this condition until we came into the dealership with the intention of signing papers. We would've preferred to know that ahead of time. Overall a positive car buying experience.

    I dropped my car off 8am Monday morning for a tire repair. Warranty was covered for the tire but the associate informed me it would be free for a rotation but I just had to pay for the alignment and I get 5% off for being a VIP. Unfortunately the tire never came in that day so I was given a loaner/rent a car. The next day I received a text stating to pay now $174.95. I was originally quoted $139 for the alignment. When I questioned the price through text Shanae stated I wasn’t a VIP and the alignment and rotation of the tires would be $174.95. I stated I will be up there after work to puck up car. Once there Shanae had went home early for being “sick” leaving me to deal with another associate. When he verified that I wasn’t a VIP he then quoted me $185 with taking off $10 with a coupon I discovered online. Which how was that possible when I was supposed to pay $174.95 with coupon. Once they adjusted the price my car was brought to me and that’s when I noticed the screw was still in my car. They actually never changed the tire with the screw in it. They then try to rush me out and send me home with the rent a car because it was 45 minutes before they was about to closed. I refused because them and told the manager some one will be completing my service right now. The service manager kept making excuses on the lack of communication between service techs and the service associates. I feel like I should be compensated for wasting 2 whole days of my time. Not even really knowing if the did the alignment or rotation of my tires since they didn’t change the tire that had the screw in it. On top of that they never came back to puck me up from work that Monday evening. I had to catch a ride. I have everything through text messages and the app telling me how much to pay. Very disappointed with the service.
