  Words cannot describe how grateful and excited I am to have made my recent car purchase with Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf. I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. Our salesman Joshua began assisting us right away on the first day we stopped by to look around. Though it took a few days (and visits) for us to seal the deal due to icy weather, he was knowledgeable, honest and personable from the moment we first stepped onto the lot to the moment we left with the keys. The manager was also patient and professional with answering some of my more difficult questions. Everyone was extremely helpful and respectful including Tonya in financing and Manny, who helped with my temporary registration. Being at the dealership can sometimes be stressful and uncomfortable depending on where you go, but here at Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf I appreciated that it didn’t feel like I was just another sale. I would highly recommend doing business here!

  I just want to say that I am grateful for SETH who works at this Nissan in the service department , however I did not purchase my car from here I got my truck from carmax and it had just the slightest issues that's normal and SETH was able to fix them every time . great appointment times . He explained everything very well every time the few times that I came there. If I have to choose a service provider it would be him. Ask for SETH at Nissan in waldorf . =)

  I recently had my car serviced at Nissan of Waldorf. I had an appointment with my service advisor, Tim, who is exceptionally skilled and the most pleasant to work with. However, I arrived a little early and had the pleasure of working with Seth. Seth was the kindest to work with. Once he was informed of additional information regarding my vehicle, he explained each area that needed to be addressed and the cost, and answered all my questions and concerns. Nissan of Waldorf will always receive an A plus in my book. Thank you, Seth. I truly appreciate you and your over-the-top customer service!!

  Great service at an affordable price. Technician shows you things that needs to be serviced prior to doing the work which helps you decide if it’s something that needs to be repaired sooner or if it’s something that can wait until next visit. And I’m also very appreciative of the complimentary car wash at the end of each service. Makes me feel like I’m driving off the lot in a new car! Would definitely recommend this service dealer.

  I have had two pretty rough experiences with this service department. While Seth has always been fantastic and helpful, other members of his team do not hold up to the same level of customer service. There is a lack of communication in the building. They allowed me to sit in there waiting area the entire day, not responding to my inquiries for hours, and then at the end of the day told me that they weren't able to get to my car that day. I work multiple jobs and lost quite a bit of money sitting in there waiting area all day. Mike, one of the managers, told me he would take care of me and left me hanging. Then Seth came back from being sick and took care of me. When I asked to talk to Mike for a resolution, he put it all back on Seth. This is terrible management. Bottom line? Ask for Seth.
