Went for routine coolant change. They messed up a hose and had to keep my car overnight. Wouldn’t provide rental even though I paid for premium VIP services when I bought the car. They uber’d me home but couldn’t find a driver to bring me back to the dealership the next morning. Had to miss a day of work. Not the service writers fault, but still upsetting nonetheless.

Two days before purchase I came in to see the Tucson Hybrid, I received a warm welcome. I returned to purchase the vehicle and the professionalism, knowledge, and hospitality continued. Sales Consultant Tay’vion Berry came highly recommended and he lived up to the recommendation he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional, Finance Manager, Glenn Somerville was outstanding he took the time to explain everything, provided options, very knowledgeable and professional, and my total process time was 2 hours. Wow where do I begin. For starters I had a recall on the vehicle. Three recalls to be exact. As if that wasn't enough headache. Scheduled an appointment. The wait was at least 3 hours. Not the biggest issue though. After having service done for the recall acceleration issues started. Recall was done on the 11th of December. Today is December 30th. I've been calling for several days. Finally im transferred to the young lady who helped me with the recall who was busy helping someone else. She would return my call. Never received a call back. After constantly calling the service department I decided to just set an appointment with the operator scheduled for today. Apparently now I have to have a diagnosis done on my car that's going to cost me $275. Apparently they can't do a diagnosis for free. Which makes absolutely no sense to me since the recall was done for free. I'm coming back because I believe there was an issue with the recall service. I'm not coming back because my car has an random issue and I want it checked . I want you to check behind the recall service that was done. To add insult to injury I'm told with the recall service done on December 11th I should have known something the same day. I'm like seriously just pass judgment on me. Make me out to be an idiot. Neglect to ask if I've even been trying to contact them during this time period. Assumptions And then to comment on an assumption was ridiculous. Definitely nunprofessional. Also they did Absolutely nothing. Honestly I will not take my car back to Sheehy under any circumstance. In fact I'm not even going to buy another Hyundai. Honestly. I prefer Lexus. No issues with that vehicle. The fact that they couldn't help me was one thing but to insult my intelligence. The comment she made. Unprofessional. Furthermore everyone seemed polite and helpful until there was an issue. Service seems great when there's no issue. The woman I spoke with last I assume was in charge. If she wasn't she should be. Definitely showed professionalism issue or not. You truly see what service is like once an issue surfaces.

I had a 8 am appointment and they didn’t start working on my car until 10:30. Was told by the service advisor at 8am the wait would be 2 hours tops. I was there for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The technician also did not check my tires properly and one of them has a slow leak which I didn’t catch until today. So annoyed. I’m going to start just do going to Firestone.
Update: it’s Christmas and the tire is flat. Now I need to get it towed to get new ones. Will definitely not be returning to this location.
Update 2: Haven’t been driving the car lately but realized that the horn is not working so we have to go back to get it repaired. 🤦🏾♀️
