    We live out of state (VA) but chose travel to this dealership over several others much closer because of the attentiveness of the sales team (Byron in particular). After speaking with several dealerships, this one got back to us almost immediately each time, even outside of normal business hours, and delivered exactly the car we wanted at a great price. When we did arrive onsite to pick up the car, almost everything was already set up so that we could quickly get through the process and back home. I couldn't say enough great things about this location and would absolutely return in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great cars, great deals, and great service!

    When I came in 6 months ago in July for the problem I had which was my horn going in and out the person I had told me everything was fine and I had to have a video of my car making the noise before they could repair it since they said they didn’t hear it. I felt like as a customer, I know what my car sounds like in n out. I drive it everyday, it just seemed like they brushed it off and showed no concern. I came in last week for the same problem and Cedric handled me he was amazing. He made me feel like my concern was heard. He was able to let me know that they had fixed my horn and the sound it was making. I was pleased with his service. He also made reasonable recommendations on what I needed to get done to my car for it to operate at full potential. Thank you to Cedric. I will only request him when I come in for service.

    I recently had to purchase a new car because my 10-year-old Genesis was finally reaching the end of its life. I knew I wanted another Genesis, so about a month ago I began exploring pre-owned inventory and visited Sheehy Hyundai of Chantilly especially since I’ve always had great experiences with their service department. Although I didn’t find exactly what I was looking for at the time, Sal and Khoa were incredibly respectful of my space and never followed up with unwanted solicitations, which I truly appreciated. Yesterday, when I had no choice but to move quickly on a purchase, Sal and Khoa were patient, knowledgeable, and ultimately helped me find the perfect car one I didn’t even know I wanted! They then introduced me to Wyatt in finance, who made the entire process seamless. He worked hard to secure the best rate and loan terms possible. This is an outstanding team of professionals, and they even made the experience fun along the way. Highly recommend!

End result 3 holes was drilled in the wrong area of the vehicle. As of now waiting to speak to GM so that they can repair or replace damaged part.

    This facility has horrible customer service. I had a recall on my car and the work was fine but I was told I have an engine leak and it is not shown on the report. They definitely thought I was not essential to basic car knowledge.The service department has horrible customer service. I took my wife care to get service done in the past it took 3 weeks to tell me they couldn't help and the car was running before the service and when we came to pick the car up the car would not start. Forcing a tow rental to release the vehicle. They are not good in my book. The only reason why I have a 1 rating is because I am forced to choose a rating. I would not go hear unless your warranty covers your vehicle.
