  I needed an oil change prior to traveling this weekend and getting to Bowie was not an option. I called NTB yesterday and spoke to Dave and he said to come in today. They got me in and out. I have a Genesis truck and finding places that will work on this car has been a nightmare but Dave and Dae Dae fixed me right on up in a timely fashion. Very nice and professional. Waiting area is clean and quiet which allowed me to work while I waited.

  AWESOME JOB!!! Quick and fast… I was in and out I less then one hour. Mr.Alonzo was so patient and helpful I’m super pleased.. 👍🏾

  David was very accommodating letting me know I could come in the evening before closing for an oil change. He even shared a service alert regarding my vehicle and applied my coupon with no issue. I will definitely return as I always love patronizing auto shops that I feel don’t try to get over or take advantage. This location seems very friendly and integral.

  My 2nd visit. Manager James was great on first visit. Manager Dave was great on 2nd visit. Dae Dae did my tires. Everyone was kind, quick, and efficient. See you next time guys! 😃

  I love coming to the Waldorf location near Sam’s on 301. They are relief friendly. And they always make sure that I’m getting the right repair done. I come in here to get an oil change and to get my O2 sensor replaced. Because another shop said I need my O2 sensor replace. But they told me that my O2 sensor was good. So that help save me money which I did not have. Thank you for always looking out for me.
