After purchasing new tires, I discovered that the shop failed to properly tighten and torque the lug nuts—not once, but twice. My family and I were in the truck when I noticed the wheel wobbling, which immediately raised alarm and confirmed something was seriously wrong. The wheels had been left loose, creating a severe safety hazard that could have resulted in a catastrophic accident. Even after this issue was brought to their attention, the same mistake was repeated. This is a basic, non-negotiable safety requirement, and failing to perform it correctly puts customers’ lives at risk. I have zero trust in this shop and would never return. I am posting this review to warn others—please take your business elsewhere and choose a shop that takes vehicle safety seriously.

I got a tire and a battery and was soon on my way home. Great feeling to know they were able to help me when I needed it and so quickly!
