The front desk guy (older white man with a gray mohawk) was rude, nasty, and completely unprofessional. While I was standing right at the desk, he ignored me to help someone else, then started yelling and arguing at me when I spoke up. He also told both me and my boyfriend to “go to another location” instead of doing his job and answering questions. The whole time he kept complaining about being busy and being the only one there instead of helping customers. He cuts people off, raises his voice, and treats you like you’re a problem for even being there. This man should not be dealing with the public — absolutely unacceptable experience.
