  These boys always get me in and do a good job. I had problems with my tire sensors, thanks Toyota. They finally got it figured out. They've dropped everything for a quick fix on my way to New York. They've even bailed out my engineer husband, who managed to blow a tire across the street.

  The customer service provided by JoVaughn was top notch! He patiently answered and researched my questions about various tires. He ultimately found a great tire for a decent price. He’s a very professional young man that takes his profession serious and aims to provide the best service. Additionally, and because I used the night drop off option, he contacted me first thing the following morning to confirm the work to be done and what time my car would be ready. The prompt service was greatly appreciated.

  Mr. Tire of Waldorf is my auto repair shop of choice!!!! I can always count on the correct diagnosis and proper solution to have my vehicle repaired in a timely manner. Customer Service is key and Matt is always so honest, kind and thorough with the diagnosis and explanation to the customer 😀 Thanks again and if Service is needed in the future, Mr. Tire will be my "go-to"!
