Also that extending 6 days doesn't get the weekly rate as other places will do. Also can't modify reservation online after pickup as with other places. Dropping the ball here. EDIT: Update. Management contacted me. Advised the employee was unfamiliar with the process. They addressed my concerns and gave me a future discount. Thanks. They are my go to guys for this type of thing now.
