  Chelsea provided outstanding customer service and was extremely informative, polite, and professional throughout my entire experience. She took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I was completely satisfied with my reservation before I left. Upon returning the vehicle, she greeted me promptly, confirmed that I was happy with the vehicle, and asked if I experienced any issues, which truly showed her commitment to excellent service. Her professionalism and courteous manner made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I will definitely return to this location for any future reservations.   Excellent customer service, employees are respectful and helpful. The vehicles are clean and newer models. I always rent with Enterprise and will continue to do so.

  Only rented the car for 7 hours and was charged $112 for a small car with a doughnut on it instead of a tire. I didn’t feel safe driving at all and wish I could get my money back. Felt totally ripped off ! Customer service was amazing and on time they just didn’t warn me I was not going to have a back tire. The acceleration on the vehicle was also very LOUD Should have at least got a discount since they claim it was no other cars available 🙄 famous line from rental car places. I was very disappointed and did not feel safe and just tried to get my errands done and brought the car back early. Check out was quick and professional the guy didn’t seem to concerned about the doughnut but did apologize. I don’t think I’ll rent again. I’ll just go a different route.

  While I must credit the staff for their genuinely friendly and helpful customer service, the rental experience at this specific location was far below the standard I expect as a frequent renter across major companies. Key Issues: • Excessive Verification and Time: The counter check-in process alone took 15 minutes—a significant delay compared to the 5-10 minutes standard for experienced renters. I was required to provide: • Two personal references (name and contact number). • My personal car insurance policy information after declining the rental coverage. • I also noted the deposit was the same when using a credit or debit card. • Unacceptable Delays and Condition: After the lengthy check-in, I was forced to wait an additional 30 minutes for the vehicle to be prepared. My total time spent waiting and processing was 45 minutes. • When the car finally arrived, it was not clean. • The staff did offer to take the car back to clean it, but given that I had already been at the counter for 45 minutes, I simply did not have the time to wait any longer and had to depart with the car as-is. This level of inefficiency, delay, and lack of vehicle readiness is unacceptable for a business traveler who relies on a quick and seamless pickup. I urge this location to align its processes with the efficient service provided to frequent renters across the industry.
