    Yesterday I was hit on my way to work, my very first accident ever. Between my insurance company, tow company, and Enterprise (specifically Patricia), this turned into one of the least stressful experiences ever. Less than 4 hours after being in an accident, they had me in a rental car comparable to my own vehicle and made sure I was entirely satisfied. They even came and picked me up from the collision center where my car was towed. Even though it was relatively busy, Patricia never lost her smile. I know it can be stressful when lines get backed up and people get irritable, but she kept her calm and composure the entire time, making sure to communicate the process the whole way through. She was entirely wonderful and I look forward to speaking with her again when my car is fixed. Thanks again girl!

    Everyone at Enterprise was extremely polite and helpful. The whole process took me less than 20 minutes to get my vehicle. I came back and switched out to another vehicle In as more comfortable driving and they were understanding and got me a different vehicle quickly. I've used them twice now and each time they were always extremely pleasant. I used the location on Leonardtown Rd near the 7-11 Highly recommended them!!

    I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent rental experience with Enterprise. There were a few concerns with this rental experience that I wanted to note for awareness and improvement. Prior to my rental, I attempted to call the location for two days to request a pickup. Unfortunately, I was never able to reach anyone by phone despite multiple attempts. This made it difficult to plan ahead and was frustrating as a customer. Additionally, the vehicle I received was extremely dirty on the exterior and covered in salt residue from the recent snowstorm. I was informed that the car wash was frozen, however, I believe there should be a contingency plan in place to ensure vehicles are reasonably clean before being rented to customers. Lastly, the interior of the vehicle had a noticeable smell of smoke. I understand that Enterprise has a non-smoking policy for vehicles, and this experience suggested that the policy may not have been fully enforced. I share this feedback in the spirit of improvement, as I value Enterprise and want future experiences to align with the high standard of service I expect—especially when team members like Lamont are doing their part so well. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback.

    I have never called this branch at any business level (peak time or otherwise) and not had to wait at least 20 minutes. I am presently waiting on the phone, they have answered and p it me back on hold quickly at least 5 times, and it is almost noon after a snow storm. Maybe there busy, maybe their not, but I haven’t even heard a human voice after being on hold for 25 minutes. It shouldn’t take this long. I’ve gotten rentals from here 3 times now and I’ve never called and had the phone answered in any less than 20 minutes. It’s very upsetting and disconcerting; I have their vehicle and I can’t get them to answer the phone in under 20 minutes?
