- CPChaz PuglieseDec 27, 20221.0WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! So I called ahead to see if they had this part for my sister's 2014 Ford Escape... I had gotten the wrong part once already, so I asked the guy to check it out and verify it had the right connector. He said he checked and it did, so I drove an hour to pick it up... When I get there, he hands me a window regulator for a 1998 GMC Sierra (mind you, the box was still sealed!) He then goes in the back and comes back with the one for the Escape, but wrong connector (this box was also sealed). When I said it was the wrong part, he rolled his eyes, shrugged his shoulders and said "oh well"... When I mentioned that I called ahead before I drove an hour to pick it up, he replied with the same shoulder shrug and eye roll. I left, never to return again!! Then the next day, I go to my local Advanced Auto only to find out that the guy at Car Quest has the part the whole time, but never cared enough to look... Advanced had it shipped from the Car Quest and I got the part. STAY AWAY!!!!
