She was super transparent about every step, took the time to answer all of my questions, and explained everything clearly so I always knew what to expect. Ms. Michelle was extremely professional, kind, and attentive. She truly handled me with care and made me feel like my vehicle and I were in safe hands the entire time. Her customer support was nothing short of amazing, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers. I am very pleased with my experience and truly appreciate the outstanding service she provided. Because of her, my experience at Gerber Collision was a great one. Highly recommend!
