I saw how well she handled my issue and another customer’s, and she truly deserves recognition. Unfortunately, my overall experience was very frustrating. I was contacted to pick up my vehicle because I was told the repairs were finished. I couldn’t make it that same day, so I came the next day (Friday) after returning my rental to the Enterprise up the street. When I arrived, I immediately noticed that a piece of my car was missing, even though the rest of the repairs looked complete. I spoke to Aria, and she got the manager. He informed me that the part was on backorder and that someone should have called me to let me know. That was never communicated. I explained that I shouldn’t have been told my car was “ready” if the repairs weren’t actually complete — and because of that, I wasn’t going to take the car or pay my deductible until the work was fully done. Their mistake caused a major inconvenience because I had already returned my rental, which was a larger SUV that I needed for trunk space to transport items for a big event. Enterprise had already rented out that vehicle and didn’t have another SUV available, leaving me without a proper rental until Sunday. My advice to anyone using this shop: don’t return your rental until you’ve confirmed your car is truly finished.
