This location can't keep up with vehicles rented nor provide superior customer service. They make sure to have you running around unnecessarily. Store Manager isn't helpful nor at the location after being told she was there to find out it's a male Manager. I have been reaching out to this location since I dropped informed them where it was located. Giving a rental car with another customers credit card inside clearly states that they do not quality check nor clean the vehicles. Secondly, they decided to do a lost & found to BWI which never had the car from the beginning. They are untrustworthy which I call dirty business. To this day, they still don't know where the car is and now stating that it's for sale. I can't believe ENTERPRISE but I will definitely inform my family to Not use them at all. Totally, dissatisfied with chosing them

The money was taken out but being I still had a leftover balance I was not refunded my complete balance. Very disappointing 😠
