- ETErmias TufaDec 14, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience with the manager on duty named Brandon Williams Despite the part clearly being under warranty, he refused to accept the return. Even the associate working with him tried to explain the warranty policy, but the manager would not listen or accept the return. Instead, he told me to call the police. After calling more than four other locations for guidance, he was finally informed that the part should, in fact, be accepted under warranty, and only then did he process the return. This manager clearly lacks the necessary product knowledge and understanding of company warranty policies, especially compared to the associates working under him, who demonstrated much better knowledge and professionalism. This branch has many excellent employees, but unfortunately, Brandon Williams is not one of them. I strongly recommend that he receive additional training so he can properly understand warranty policies and handle customer situations professionally, like the other knowledgeable staff at this location.
