  The service here is consistently excellent and prompt. They’ve worked on both my BMW and Range Rover without any issues, and always go the extra mile to resolve anything that comes up. The store manager and service team are top notch. Highly recommended!

  I’ve taken my car to this shop a few times now, and each experience has been consistently great. The team is knowledgeable, honest, and takes the time to explain what’s going on with my car without making me feel pressured. They’ve always completed the work in a timely manner, and the quality of the repairs has been excellent. I also realty appreciate their professionalism and fair pricing. I’ll continue coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable car service.

  I had an excellent experience at NTB. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The service was quick and fairly priced. William P. Helped me out and he was exceptional !

  I’m pretty late with this review being I’ve been dealing with a lot but I have to give this place a 5 star just because of customer service. Simply put, I had got a rental from a month ago in which the 12v power port-cigarette lighter port was not working. I needed them to work because I need my dash cams hooked up and working. I was referred to NTB to check out the fuse (which is what I told the rental spot what is was) because they didn’t want me to do it myself. I drove to NTB and dealt with Mr. Will and that gentleman was nothing but polite, funny and helpful. He took time out to try and locate the fuse for the vehicle and when we found it, he did everything he could to help me. Why the 5 stars? Because he took the time out to help me once he was free from customers and could’ve pushed me away but he didn’t. I’m big on customer service being that’s the field I’m in and he was awesome. Thank you Mr. Will.

  Update 3/31/26...Had my car serviced today after receiving my quote 2 days ago. Once again, 5 star service remains the same. I did have to call 3/30/26 to update my service from back brakes, rotors and flush to front & back brakes being serviced. Spoke with Corey who said no problem. Staff was attentive in updating me on service while I waited, which was a bit longer than expected, but again, I can appreciate the great customer serviced offered and how it was communicated on what the delay was by Corey and staff. A basket of some bottled waters, granola bars, chips, nuts, etc, would be a nice addition to the lobby area and the only thing I can remotely suggest for customers waiting while being serviced. I was a little thirsty & could've used a snack while waiting!😂 Otherwise, NTB will certainly be my go to for my car service needs. 3/29/26...When you're just a girl trying to get your car serviced for a reasonable price and don't want to feel taken advantage of, please go to NTB-Towson. William was amazing in explaining thouroughly what was needed and showing directly by taking me to the garage bay to show me how worn my brakes and tires were. The deal he worked out was even better. Thanks so much NTB and staff!!
