  Had a flat tire at 3:30 pm on a Friday, on the eve of my daughter’s birthday party, with a million errands to run! William was very kind and helpful and the technicians Kevin and Larry were superb! They inspected the flat- thankfully it was able to be fixed, and had me out and on the road in under an hour.

  William (the manager) and Larry (the mechanic) are amazing. As a female walking into an auto shop, I’m always on guard. I try hard to educate myself on pricing and the mechanics of my vehicle before going into any shop. I try to do what I can myself to my vehicle, but I do have limitations. Larry really took the time to show me things on my vehicle, prioritize based on safety, etc. I greatly appreciate that. In all my years, no mechanic has ever taken that detailed time. In this crazy world, that many of us struggle in, this truly means something. The shop is busy, but William handled the phones, customers, estimates, making sure people were taken care of, etc. etc. with such patience and professionalism. Again, I greatly appreciate it. I’ll definitely go back.

  Even though the employees were friendly and service was quick, the lug nuts on my wheel was put on so hard it twisted the lug nut and made it impossible to remove to the point they had to be drilled out and then replace the studs.

  I came here because it was time to get all new tires 😭, the service was quick. The cost was explained BEFORE service and not sprung on at the end. This has probably been the smoothest service I've had when it's come to my car. When changing my tires the found something wrong with my car, they let me know the issue with this and was not pushy at all on me getting it fixed there but more concerned with my overall safety. The manager William was exceptional throughout this whole process, I even brought my car back a few days later for another issue and they took a look at it right away and helped me! All in all 10/10 for this location and the folks working there. Thank you!
