Herb Gordon Volvo DBA Volvo Of Silver Spring, has been avoiding the issues with my XC90, due to electronic issues caused by weather related leakes through my sunroof. I purchased extended warranty through the dealership and was told that that waranty does not cover leakes. This is just the beginning of my attempt to convince Volvo of Silver Spring to support the repairs of my SUV

Their culture revolves around the mighty dollar, not building trust or long-term relationships. Purchased an Ioniq 5 limited and salesman forgot to turn on my hotspot. After multiple calls and e-mails to do a pretty simple task. I am still without my hotspot; I flew from Milwaukee and even paid 5k over. Skip this dealership as once they have your cash, they are done with you. And skip the response of BS about calling... we have been thru that MileOne! Again SKIP this Dealership!
