  Had work done at this repair shop after receiving a referral from NTB, who said they weren’t authorized to do the kind of work I needed based on what I told them was going on with the car. Called them and got my car into the shop immediately but they promised several times during the course of the day to return my calls as I was anxious to know what the problem was that was causing an overheating issue. Long story short, near the end of the day was finally told it was a hose that needed replacing and the only place to get part was the dealer. Gave permission to have part ordered and was supposedly had temporary general hose installed until correct part came in the following week. When the part came in I took car back to have that installed but after leaving the repair shop, the next day my car was making a noise it wasn’t making at first… left a message with the owner via text , who actually reached out to me about their service … after expressing my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service, never received any follow up or feedback…. Not trustworthy business when you deal with a first time customer in that manner…. And there were other noticeable issues I wanted to discuss but no return communication sent a loud clear message that I should have never gone there from the start!!!! Car still has same problem!!😡

  These guys are extremeley kind and will be my go too anytime im in the area. Towson is an hour away from my home and I had auto trouble and they are Def honest. Thankfully I only had a battery term issue but will recommend them to anyone in the area

  Leo’s Auto Shop is hands down the best auto shop experience I’ve ever had. They are truly in it to help people and the community, not to rip anyone off. From start to finish, they’re completely transparent, honest, and go out of their way to explain everything so you actually understand what’s going on with your car. They’ve gotten my rav4 in when no one else would even take a look, and the customer service is absolutely stellar. They’ve helped me countless times. You can tell they genuinely care and always try to give you the cheapest, most reasonable option instead of pushing unnecessary repairs. If you’re looking for a shop you can actually trust, this is it. I’ll never go anywhere else. Highly recommend Leo’s Auto Shop!

  I had my vehicle towed the day before yesterday at Leo's, left it there to have one the technician look at it. Friday morning now a female called me, and told me what was wrong with my vehicle,she told me it was the starter. They even told me that part was coming in. I even asked for a full oil change on the vehicle too. Friday morning I went to Leos right, stayed over an whole day in the waiting area. After a whole day of waiting, I haven't seen no delivery truck pulling in, with no parts. I guess the same starter that they claimed to change, it is still on the vehicle. When I getting ready to pay they told me they only put partial oil in the vehicle, when it already had oil on top of the dirty oil. I asked for full oil change, not to add oil on top of the dirty oil that is already in the vehicle. I believe they were pretending to work on the vehicle to collect more money from me. Talking about they only add oil, and will charge me less, I paid 576.00.Today now on my way to try to do some deliveries, the vehicle completely stopped at the traffic light, I ended up getting to start to move it out the road to this McDonald's lot, trying to get it to start again, it didn't start. It was same problem it was having, that time I towed the vehicle to Leo's. Be aware of Leos not again, they big time rip me off, they gonna lose business in doing something like that. It's very disappointing. I called my bank to dispute the amount they overpaid me with. When I went to check my account couple months, I seen an overdraft transaction, I guess they told my bank something to have the money reversed knowing they did a half job. Now I had to pay the overdraft transaction and plus I was short in paying deposit to move into my apartment.

  Went to this shop as my 2008 Mercury Milan was reaching End of Life and needing lots of repairs. They provided very reliable service, great communication, and reasonable prices. They helped me triage the ever-growing list of problems. I appreciated the help with getting my well-used car to keep going until I could get a new one.
