- RMRandy McFarland1 day ago5.0A very structured process of young men working together like a well trained team. The team goes into action as soon as you pull into the Jiffy lube parking lot. The team member you first make contact with explains what's about to happen and walks you into the waiting room. Then he goes back to your vehicle which i was instructed to turn off and give him the key. He starts your car and pulls it in to a work bay where a another teammate is positioned at the front of your car to open the hood and check levels of your oil exactly how you drove it in.Underneath your vehicle another teammate drains the oil out after the level is checked to see if you was low or perfect. He also removes the old oil filter, then properly installs new filter and puts drain plug back in. The new oil is put in the engine then a teammate checks all the caps and lids to make sure nothing will leak. A well oiled machine doing great work. THANK YOU JIFFY LUBE AT 109 YORK RD TOWSON MARYLAND FOR BEING SO PROFESSIONAL FROM START TO FINISH. I WILL ALWAYS USE THIS JIFFY LUBE FOR ALL 3 OF MY VEHICLES. I MOVED TO THE AREA A MONTH AGO JUST 1 MILE FROM THIS JIFFY LUBE AND THEY EARNED MY BUSINESS.

Staff were friendly and kind, asking follow-up questions about the types of parts for my car rather than rushing the process for convenience. The staff went the extra mile to ensure I knew any other issues wrong with my car and explained what I could do to fix it. This is my third time back at this Jiffy Lube and they do it the best everytime!!

I waited 10 minutes inside, there were seven employees and they all were talking while doing one car. There was one car ahead of me plus the one that they were working on in the bay. there is yet only one was open with seven employees talking standing around. I asked how long you think they will be. He told me it’ll be 45 minutes before we get to your car. This was after waiting 10 minutes.. stay away from this place. Those guys in there only wanted to put in hours and not take care of customers…
