  Everytime I am in here I get the worst service. I have never met a staff less willing to assist and less knowledgeable about the products they sell. I keep giving this location a shot because it's the closest and am disappointed every single time.

  Xy, the tech who helped me was very knowledgeable and professional, she made quick work of my battery replacement. Very good customer service, and a sparkling personality!
