Reached out to Colby Madison (owner) who did reply initially, but who has ignored me after filing a claim. Very disrespectful and unprofessional way to run a business. Will have to take to small claims to sort out. Terrible experience

Air filter wasn't replaced or ever asked about. Tires wasn't done but was checked off as done. Invoice showed tires was aired to 36/36. But this van is heavy duty 65/80. Van wasn't vacuumed at all. Windows wasn't washed either. No light check that wasn't done. But I also know I have couple lights out. No before or after questions was ask at all. What scares me is I drive 1500 miles a week. Tires are a major item that has to be checked for safety reasons. Plain and simple very bad service today.

Not even a while later mid highway my axel & ball joint broke. Took it to another mechanic & they said it look like it was cut in half. I will never get service from here again & they are lucky I didn’t sue. Had to come out of pocket for more parts & labor that I didn’t need.
