- ACAidan Caine4 days ago5.0Came in right after I got off work 20 mins before they closed. These guys finished my car up in 15. Oil changed, even topped up my brake fluid and windshield wiper fluid. Which ive been putting off doing myself no extra charge. Went home and I had to check because I didnt believe they did all that so fast. Friendly people too. Coming here for all my future maintenance

The oil change was not done properly and everyone at the location managers included couldn't really tell us what happened or went wrong with this routine service. We ended up having to replace the whole engine. What ensued was nothing but awful customer service and incompetence. They told us the engine replacement would be done at a dealership but they sent the car to some other repair place with 2.6 yelp star reviews without our knowledge or consent and then lied to us about it countless times. We have had difficultly getting paper work from them related to this or any explanation. The manager we dealt with initially, Colby was helpful but become unhelpful quite quickly and just continued to lie to us. We reached out to the jiffy lube corporate office to discuss this and they said the franchise owner would respond to us within 48 hours. We never heard anything from the franchise owner. We had to get a rental car because of this and had it for over a month. When we went to pick up the rental car at enterprise, they said, "oh this happens a lot there" very concerning. Hopefully someone reads this and does not go this location even for a routine oil change as they are incompetent and if something goes wrong will lie and not take any responsibility for their actions.
