Was told “have a seat, someone will be with you in just a moment.” About 30 min goes by and I notice my truck is now out of the bay and in front of the shop. I go to ask what’s up and I’m told to go wait more. Eventually a guy comes and says “that’ll be $102.00”. Nobody asked me any questions nor was I told what the price was prior to service. I told the fella politely “a little communication would have been nice” (a shop needs approval before service). Then he got ruffled and started speaking very unprofessionally. No one has time for a kid that doesn’t understand service, respect or how business is handled.

The entire goal was to take my money and send me out. I kept up with oil changes. Never had issues until the past month. Paid for an oil change. Oil lamp flashed three weeks later. Returned to Jiffy Lube to get an explanation on why the oil lamp is illuminating. Jiffy topped my car with oil and informed me "we sealed your leak. You are good for two weeks. You can get 1 more free top off before your next oil change". THE ENGINE WENT DEAD 24 HOURS LATER!!!! Jiffy Lube Corporate emailed with a basic apology. Five days after complaining to corporate, Jiffy Lutherville called to suggest I buy a part from his homeboy to get my car fixed. Taking legal action next. Again, friendly and respectful staff. To keep your vehicle, STAY AWAY!
