  Ok so let me tell you this location is awesome the outstanding customer service goes a long way and mean a lot thank you for your superb service Polo Addison, Dontrice Darden-Ryan, Ja’Kobe O’Neil..from getting my rental to returning my rental I couldn’t ask for a better experience thank you all again

  Believe it or not, most people renting cars have been in accidents and the insurance make arrangements for the rentals. By saying that, ITS A BUNCH of confused, hurt and sometimes upset people ( yes I witness this while waiting in line and may insurance made the arrangements😉). That’s a lot of different questions, personalities and attitudes to deal with. Introducing: Dontrice Darden-Ryan, the Customer Whisper. If killing them with kindness was a person just come to this location. Wait in line until it’s your turn to experience it!🙂

  The employees at the counter were very nice. When I got there they were no cars or sedans available. I had to take a large truck. The only other choice was a minivan. The truck was dirty and it smelled like cigarettes. I left and only went a few blocks. The low tire pressure light came on. I went back. They checked the car. There was a nail in the tire. Because that was the only vehicle I had to wait for them to go get the tire plugged. That was another 40 minutes after having waited it for a while when I first arrived. When I returned the vehicle they tried to blame me for a dent and scratch on the front. I hardly drove the vehicle. My parking spot at home is a pull-in spot with nothing in the front. They showed me a picture of the truck not having a dent. I asked him to email it to me. They never did. My credit card was charged $100. Then I received an email for over $4k worth of damages to the truck. I called at least five times to try and talk to the manager. They were never available. I replied to the email and finally got a response that they would investigate which will take up to 2 weeks. I'm still waiting. I asked for a picture of the truck when it came back from getting the tire plugged. I still have not received it. I want to see it time stamp on the picture. Again, the employees were very helpful and kind. This was the worst experience I've ever had with Enterprise. Have used them several times in the past and have not had issues.
