  I came to get regular service that I paid for. A week or so after the service, I had to have my coolant refilled. Then noticed I had to have my window washer refilled. I took my car to have break work done a month later and was told by that mechanic that I needed an oil change 🤯. This location never changed my oil! This is what my oil looked like less than 2 months after paying for service.

  Came in with my company truck at 8:35am. No one came to talk to me or check me in... so I left the keys in it and went to the waiting room. Staff did pull the truck in and opened the hood and I guess were doing some work to it. At 9:00 give or take a couple minutes I was asked how I was paying.. thats it. Still not asked what work I wanted done. 9:13, they have completed service and explained what they have completed. Luckily what they did is all I wanted. But I did want my tires rotated. the technician went to open the ticket again and was told by the manager that the lift could not handle my truck and they need to repair their lifts. So I paid for my completed service and left. I have no doubt that they completed the work and do their best to give the best service they can. But before any work get done to a vehicle they should be confirming with the customer so there is no confusion.

  I asked for estimates of air filter and engine filter they told me I have to wait for estimates I asked couple times they told me the same thing but while I was waiting inside without my permission they changed it and came back to tell me it’s done, they are very rude when they was talking me i would never recommend to go there.

  Something went wrong with the tire rotation. I am hearing a clicking knocking noise when I make turns which is dangerous now I have to return which is my time and $ but the young African American male was exceptional today. He was very professional and helpful during my check in and check out.

  I went in early morning on Sunday for an oil change before I went on a ride to Philly and. back. I appreciated that the hours were as posted. The evening before I drove all the way to a place that closed an hour before their posted hours and 20 minutes before arrived there. Nasir (I really hope I'm not misremebering his name because I only read it on his name tag) was the customer facing employee and he had such a nice demeanor and energy about him, especially considering that it was early in the morning. He genuinely seems like a really kind and polite kid. The technicians serviced my car in an efficient manner, I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I would definitely bring my car back to this specific location for services in the future.
