The employee named Devon that’ did help me was the only helpful one & provided me a discount . I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE , I WILL BE CONTACTING AUTOZONE HR. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Fortunately Garti was eager to provide assistance with taking out my battery and charging it. Meanwhile another employee complained loudly in front of me, a female employee and other customers that he couldn’t believe I didn’t know how to take out a battery. This was unprofessional. If Garti hadn’t helped me I would probably never return to this store again- even though I pass it nearly everyday. Immediately after helping me he was manning the cash register and answering phones- in English and Spanish. Please give him a raise! He deserves it. Thank you.

Jacob was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. It’s rare to meet someone who takes that much pride in their work, and he truly made a stressful situation easy. I hope you’ll recognize him.
