  Friendly and helpful staff, they diagnosed and then recharged my car battery in a jiffy! Would recommend stopping here anytime.

  This Autozone location is very racist & rude towards African American people, The Spanish females employees looked me in my face and preceded to walk pass me while I already been waiting in line for 15-20 minutes The store manager William, I believe I got the name from the front of the business, walked right pass me as well, very disrespectful no one said one second , how are you nothing. they waited for the black, employees to take me as if I had to wait on my own skin color for services this happens every time I come in this Takoma park location. The employee named Devon that’ did help me was the only helpful one & provided me a discount . I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE , I WILL BE CONTACTING AUTOZONE HR. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

  This was my second visit to the store this month. I needed a charge for my battery and was told they offer free battery charging. Fortunately Garti was eager to provide assistance with taking out my battery and charging it. Meanwhile another employee complained loudly in front of me, a female employee and other customers that he couldn’t believe I didn’t know how to take out a battery. This was unprofessional. If Garti hadn’t helped me I would probably never return to this store again- even though I pass it nearly everyday. Immediately after helping me he was manning the cash register and answering phones- in English and Spanish. Please give him a raise! He deserves it. Thank you.

  Jacob Coleman helped me with a battery replacement last month, and I wanted to make sure his support didn’t go unnoticed. Jacob was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He explained everything clearly, went above and beyond to make sure I understood my options, and provided the kind of customer service that really reflects well on your store. It’s rare to meet someone who takes that much pride in their work, and he truly made a stressful situation easy. I hope you’ll recognize him.
