- AAAnita5 days ago5.0I called today and spoke to the manager Tayvon about a price quote for tires, installation, alignment with passenger side lower control arm and axle replacement. I was quoted a nice price and he was very helpful and respectful with everything I will definitely be referring this place to people.
- MSMahesh SethiApr 6, 20265.0Very honest and high quality work. Before I came to NTB folks, I had a nail pop fix done at home 3 days ago. The young guy who came left 2 lugnuts loose. It led to tire bubbling which I did not know and most of similar franchise shops were asking for $100 plus to just look at it or incorrect assessment or said take it to Tesla. These folks at NTB did correct assessment and then told me exact issue and did not even charge for fixing the loose nuts.

Tayvon went completely above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. From the moment I arrived, Tayvon was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what might be going on, made sure my concerns were heard, and kept me updated throughout the process. It really felt like he genuinely cared about helping me, not just getting the job done. Outstanding service like this is hard to find, and Tayvon truly set the bar high. I left feeling confident, relieved, and very appreciative. Highly recommend!
