PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING FROM THIS LOCATION !!!
I rented a car from this branch around the month of august and its been a disaster ever since. An employee named Devonte handled our claim and car rental. Everything was okay until Devonte brought out a jeep for me to rent. I preferred a sedan so Devonte says he will look for another car. Devonte says they do not have any sedans available so we then wait for what else is available. Devonte then says we can take a Mazda that was parked aside the building. We go into the vehicle and decided it was good enough, then we ask if everything was good and Devonte replies yes. We then drive off to the autoshop for an update of how long this car needs to be rented. Once parking i noticed a mark on the back bumper so I think immediately called the branch back to ask about the mark. DEVONTE answers the phone and tells me that he is aware of the exact mark and there is no need to worry about it due to it already being in their notes. This conversation was held over the phone TO THE BRANCH. Usually when you call the branch, there's an automated voice when you call that says all calls are recorded or monitored so I thought that would upheld when returning the vehicle. When returning the vehicle about 3 weeks later, The employee I believed that was also the manager named Terrence told me that there were no such notes made and he will have to close the claim with the marks on there and with my insurance taking this new claim. He said this will stay until they hear back from Devonte. My insurance took the deduction off so I called back the branch where an employee named Trent answers and then claims that there is no evidence proving that Devonte has made this remark. None of the calls recorded/monitored can be brought up cause guess what, NONE OF THE CALLS ARE RECORDED!(told to me by another branch) So at this point I am frustrated, I then had to make a dispute with the autoshop working on the mazda cause I did not make the damage on the vehicle and then wait a couple business days to hear back. Just for them to tell me AGAIN there no evidence that shows damage before having the car. No Cameras? No Recordings? No Notes? I also asked to speak with Devonte. Im not sure what the policy is but Devonte needs to be held responsible. Ive rented from other places and never had this issue. This is still an ongoing problem and since this has happened, my insurance had went up and I will never go to this branch again. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM HERE TO SAVE YOU THE TROUBLE

Brent the manager was very nonchalant, he did the bare minimum when trying to assist me with renting a car. The assistant manager Ashley was nice enough to go the extra mile for me. Please avoid this branch if the manager Brent is still working here, I WILL NO LONGER DEAL WITH THIS BRANCH if he’s still presents there. (BRENT)
Sad case is this is the closet branch near my house but I will drive out further just to avoid his unprofessional and nonchalant behavior.

I had an amazing experience at the Marlow Heights Enterprise location thanks to Kayla Williams, the Branch Manager. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Kayla was professional, patient, and genuinely caring, making me and my wife feel valued as a customer the entire time.
