- KDKristin DixonFeb 16, 20261.0Don’t waste your money getting the insurance they offer because as soon as any minor dent or scratches pop up on the vehicle,they’ll kick you out the vehicle and tell you that they can’t rent you another car until they get an “estimate of the damage” left my husband and I stranded at the location with no other mode of transportation but to walk to the metro. Disappointed we spent A LOT of money only to be treated like nothing at the end, the little dude Brent had a very oh well not my problem but you not getting another vehicle and I have no means in helping you any further type of attitude didn’t even give eye contact when making his decision lol. The rest of the staff was cool but that guy not so much!

The rep opened the doors, got the info he needed and had me sign paperwork as he explained I’d be charged for smoking in the car. I get in the car after signing and it REEKS of smoke. Why didn't he say anything if he knew I was getting a car that already put me in violation of my contract? So I went back inside and asked to see my contract to be sure it was noted that the car already smells like smoke. The response I received was, “I’ll make a note on your account.” This means it’s not on the contract! Had I not gone back inside I probably would have been charged the fee for smoking even though I didn’t. Won’t be coming back.
