I needed new windshield wipers for my truck and had already bought some that didnt work. Anyway a very nice gentleman named Craig assisted me. He spent lots of time trying to find the right ones and at one point thought they didnt have any that would fit because of the type i needed. NOT j hook kind. Anyway he kept trying and finally found some that seemed like they would work and helped me to make sure that would go on. I cant tell you how much I appreciated his help. He was calm and took his time and really wanted to help. You are lucky to have him as an employee! THANKS so much!!! Elizabeth Harris
