They take excellent care of my car and are always transparent and willing to go the extra mile—whether they’re getting the car track-ready or troubleshooting an issue.   I’ve been coming here for the past few years, but unfortunately the service quality has consistently gone downhill. I’ve had multiple issues where work was not done correctly the first time. In one case, a wire came loose after service and I had to return to get it fixed. More concerning is the repeated misdiagnosis—over the last year, I was told my battery was “good,” yet if I don’t drive the car for a week, it won’t start and I have been stranded on long trip. Despite this, they refused to address it under warranty, claiming the battery voltage looked fine. Now that the car has some modifications, they are using that as a reason to deny CPO warranty coverage altogether—even for issues that existed before any mods were done. Overall, the experience has been frustrating, with poor diagnostics, inconsistent workmanship, and lack of accountability. I expected much better, especially after being a returning customer for years.
