  I just moved to Silver Spring and I was searching for a new Auto spot to get some car maintenance done. After some research and reading reviews this NTB location was my choice. They have amazing feedback so I wanted to give them a try. I'm happy to report that my experience was a delight! The entire staff was very friendly and professional. The manger David was awesome I was able to bond with him with photography talk and how we are both from the west-coast. David helped me get my car set up for the cares that were needed and the time it took for completion was very reasonable. Thank you David. The mechanic employee Cornell whom worked on my car was fantastic. He was so kind to take on a separate task for my vehicle that I was prepared for them to turn down based on the complexity of the task. But Cornell had no problems taking on the task and having success. He was kind enough to even show me the process. Thank you Cornell. This part might sound funny but for me it's actually a very big deal because I have been turned down many times for auto service because of staff members not knowing how to operate a manual stick shift car. I am very happy to report that NTB Silver Spring has staff members that can operate manual cars. For the upper management that might be reading this review. I see there is a recent negative review. I was there when that interaction happen. Sometimes you need to say something when a person's character is being painted unfairly. Just know your staff was being very polite and very professional during the entire conversation being had. I will absolutely be bringing my auto-business back here when needed. I will recommended it to others thank you.

  I recently had a very frustrating experience at the NTB location at 3261 Automobile Boulevard, Silver Spring, MD that I feel compelled to share. We had our car towed to this location for a scheduled appointment to purchase four new tires. The tow truck driver left our key directly with the service manager, David. After waiting four hours, we called and spoke to David — only to be told he had no idea where our key was and claimed he never received it. We had no choice but to drive to the location ourselves to find out what happened. When we arrived, another manager named Jared was there. Within minutes, Jared found the key right where it should have been — in the envelope with our car's paperwork. Jared was professional, apologized sincerely, and offered compensation for our trouble. David, on the other hand, never once apologized and offered only $50 for the time, stress, and inconvenience his negligence caused us. The fact that our key was sitting in our file the entire time — while David told us he had no idea where it was — is simply unacceptable. Jared deserves recognition for how he handled the situation. David's conduct, however, fell far below any reasonable standard of customer service. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it accordingly. David should not be in management. David should be fired.

  I took my mother's SUV to the Silver Spring, MD location on Automobile Boulevard, because one of her tires was in need of repair. Since she had purchased the tires from a different location, and had purchased an extended warranty for them as well, they had to help me find that warranty by looking within their computer system. I appreciate that, because it saved me a considerable amount of money. Their team is knowledgeable, they work efficiently as a unit, and they are very professional. I respect them all (David, Jared, and Jorge), and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone that I know. Also, I don't need to worry about the level of service that my mother will receive if she ever needs to return there for service. Definitely five stars!!!!! Sincerely, Satisfied Customer
