  I own 3 high-end Mercedes. It's not lost on me that servicing a Mercedes is expensive. But this dealership which I used to use for many many years when I lived in the area, prior to them moving locations. Is absolutely ridiculous with their service prices. Like laughable high. After moving closer to Baltimore I was taking my car to MB of Catonsville. After they scratchedy. literal brand new aftermarket wheels (which they admitted and pay for the repair) and another questionable issue I had with them I decided I need to go back to Silver Spring despite the commute. But with MB of Silver Spring ridiculously high service prices for no apparent reason other than they're in Silver Spring I may need to reconsider. I would expect these prices from Euro motors MB in Bethesda. The good news is I have a great relationship with the service advisors Juan and Ellio (sp). They've been there forever back when I used to frequent that dealer. They're top notch.

  I had an exceptional experience working with Mike Negussie. From our very first encounter, which happened completely by chance, he stood out as professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me. Mike was phenomenal in every aspect of his job. He took the time to understand me, answered all of my questions with patience and honesty, and made the entire process smooth. However, there were some moments that I disliked, but I knew they were completely out of his control; I never felt pressured, only supported by Mike. What truly sets Mike apart is his dedication to customer satisfaction and his attention to detail. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable, and that level of care made all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful that I had the opportunity to work with him and would HIGHLY recommend Mike to anyone looking for a trustworthy and outstanding car salesman. He is a rising star!

  If you are looking for an AMAZING CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE, from start to finish, you must rush over to Mercedes Benz, Silver Spring and ask for Celestine Lovence. Celestine’s patience, professionalism, hospitality and showmanship is UNMATCHED! I was in and out well under 2hrs. The paperwork process was seamlessly. I’m elated and this by far has been the EASIEST and ABSOLUTE BEST interaction I’ve experienced when making a large purchase. Thank you Celestine!!

From the very beginning, Marcelo was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right vehicle. He made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, provided guidance without pressure, and made me feel completely confident in my decision. I absolutely love my CLS 450, and I’m so thankful for such a positive buying experience. I also want to recognize May, the finance manager, who was absolutely amazing. She made what is usually the most stressful part of purchasing a vehicle feel clear, smooth, and reassuring.   They asked me to come into the dealership without getting corporate approval and presented a $2–4k incentive as if it was a special favor, when in reality it was an offer multiple Mercedes dealerships were already providing. They also claimed I did not disclose that I had 2 years left on my lease, which is not true because I texted the sales consultant that information before coming in. This experience felt very misleading and ended up being a waste of my time. I would recommend being very clear on numbers and approvals before going into this dealership.
