  My family has loved Herb Gordon Subaru for years! We’ve worked with Vitaliy for a long time, and he consistently provides great deals and honest advice—only recommending repairs when they’re truly necessary. I’ve never felt pressured or taken advantage of, which can easily happen at dealerships. He first worked with my dad, and now he works with me. He has always made me feel comfortable, informed, and confident about my car. Highly recommend!

  This was my first time buying a new car so I was a bit nervous. My family and I had a great experience working with everyone! My salesperson, Luke, was very helpful and quickly responded to all my inquiries before even going up to the dealership. It was over an hour drive but I think it was worth it! Everyone was nice and helped me get a great deal on the exact car I wanted. I’d definitely recommend this dealership to others because it seems they really care about their customers. I am now a proud owner of a Subaru Crosstrek :)

  I bought a used 2011 Honda Accord EX blue in November 2024 with this dealership. However, one of the sales agents who re-fueled the car when I came to purchase and drove it on the same day failed to disclose that the gas cap cable got broken. When I first noticed the issue, I immediately contacted my sales agent, Brandon Le, and the Finance Manager to let them know and seek a remedy like a free gas cap cable replacement. However, the sales agent offered me nothing and only apologized for the issue. Also, the car that I bought from this dealership really has some cosmetic imperfections such as peeling weather seals on my car's rear windshield, left and right rear passenger door under the chrome strips, missing one of the hub caps. I feel like the price that I paid for my new-to-me used car is not worth it compared to those annoying issues that the car brings.
