We narrowed it down to what options were important to us and Porsche Silver Spring had one of two Cayennes in the US that had the Burmester audio system. This is our origin story and we will be back for our next Porsche purchase in the future. Why? Because of the overall superlative experience with Porsche Silver Spring. They have an array of gorgeous models (chances are they will have exactly what you want in your Porsche) and they are competitively priced. Truly. Yet the biggest impact were the people of Porsche Silver Spring. They turned the car buying experience on its head. No hard sell for anything. No pressure of any kind. I mean Porsches sell themselves, am I right? Yet, it is a real joy to have the people of the dealership match the vibe and energy of the vehicles sold at that dealership. We felt comfortable and were encouraged to ask questions before, during and after our purchase. I credit our Certified Brand Ambassador, Kevin Gallagher, for ensuring that we thoroughly informed and answered all of our questions. Kevin really knows Porsches and is a true enthusiast. Plus, Kevin is the nicest person. You can’t help but smile whenever you talk to Kevin, even over the phone. He is genuine and helpful. He spent a lot of time walking us through the features of our Cayenne GTS, which I appreciated since I had a 3+ hour drive back home from the dealership. By the way, that drive was phenomenal, I was blown away by the performance of the GTS and was soothed by the shiatsu massaging seats. And I’m absolutely thrilled with Burmester audio system, it’s a must if you love music. Of course, I had a few follow-up questions after a few days. Once again, Kevin Gallagher was there to help us. His timely and thorough responses fully addressed everything. Kevin is a true asset to Porsche Silver Springs. We would buy another vehicle from him without hesitation. We also want to express our sincere appreciation to Kevin Yi, the Sales Manager, of Porsche Silver Springs. Kevin Yi helped make the deal happen and he was wonderful to meet in person. Also Samuel Wright, the Finance Manager of Porsche Silver Spring, was a pleasure to meet as well.
