Teddy took the time to get the answer on my question and check the records. When I went into the store the next morning, Teddy had my info printed out and was ready to assist me. I received prompt service and my problem was resolved quickly and smoothly. I’ll be returning here in the future. Thanks Teddy and NTB!

My tire had to be replaced but because I had a warranty the expense was ~$50 to replace the tire. I have been going to NTB since they were affiliated with Sears and I have not been disappointed yet.

One of my tires had a nail in it and unfortunately was in a spot they couldn't patch so I had to buy a new tire. They got me a small discount and put the new tire on really quick. Got there 10 minutes before 4pm was out by 4:30pm. Good people and great service. Thankfully they had the tire for my car in stock. They filled all 4 tires to 33 psi so hopefully I won't have low pressure anytime soon.
