It is a Geico approved location, so I took my car there to have the dents and paint fixed after someone changed lanes into my car. Hector, my contact there, was amazing. He arranged for a tow when my battery wouldn't start on the way to my appointment. He was so attentive and communicative - I didn't have to guess when my car would be ready or how much I'd be paying. My car looked incredible and Hector even steam cleaned my whole engine compartment while changing the battery (no extra charge)!!! If that's not above and beyond I don't know what is. Polite, efficient, thorough service + great communication with all of my questions answered to my satisfaction + extra TLC to my car = a very happy customer!
