He is just an honest and decent person. He is truly an asset to the dealership. He is the reason I came in to do the B service, I knew he would tell me the truth. The technician that performed the service seems to have also done a great job. My car sounds as quiet as it always has and I am very satisfied with coming to your dealership. Blessings

He is my favorite service representative and I’ll choose him over and over again. I drive all the way from Bowie to Silver Spring because I trust Alio and his care for my GLE 53. He is usually thorough and he explains technical concepts in ways that a lay person can understand. He presents advice without putting pressure on me.

The salesman Brian B is a bona fide sales professional with 16 years at this dealership. He did a great job, being honest and fair. He even helped me get additional discounts. I live in Baltimore and it was worth the easy drive down Rt 29. This will now be my go to dealership for purchases. Highly recommended!!
