    MB of Silver Spring provided excellent service on my E class car today! I needed refurbishment service to my car’s subframe. My service representative Tonny Wambugu, patiently answered all of my questions and scheduled an appointment for the next day due to safety concerns of my cars condition. They gave me an expected date for completion and they returned my car a day earlier!. Tonny also provided a multi-point inspection and alerted me about another issue that needed attention. When I picked up my car, my husband and I also received friendly customer service from Scot Shumway with whom we enjoyed talking to as we waited for my car to be brought into the service area. Overall, this was a pleasant experience at MB of Silver Spring.

    I have to give it up to Renee who helps with all things tech related. She was happy to help even though we weren't a customer. She was very responsive and helped us get our app set up on our new Mercedes. It is refreshing to see someone who is just happy to help with nothing to gain. Renee, thank you so much for all you did for us!!!

    I like service here, but $460 for the A1 service? Technically, paying over $400 just for oil change. I understand, it is a Mercedes, but still... Search online suggests this service should cost $200-$320. Advice to customers: check prices before you drive in.
