    This dealership uses classic bait-and-switch scam tactics. A salesperson named Jeff contacted me multiple times about leasing a C300. We clearly agreed over the phone on: • A specific monthly lease payment • Service A and Service B included I called twice more just to confirm the exact monthly payment, and each time Jeff said he confirmed it with the manager and that everything was approved. Based on these lies, I drove 1.5 hours to the dealership the same day. Once I arrived, they completely changed the deal: • The monthly payment was $170 MORE • Service A and Service B were removed This is straight-up deception. They lure you in with fake numbers, then try to pressure you into a worse deal in person. The General Manager was just as dishonest, attempting to justify the new price and pretending this was normal. It’s not. This is intentional customer manipulation. I told them multiple times not to waste my time and that I would only come in if the numbers were final and reasonable. They lied anyway. No integrity. No transparency. No respect for customers. If you value your time and money, stay far away from this dealership.

    It was worth the drive from Rockville to buy a car from Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring. The inventory allowed for a wide choice and the customer service proved to be outstanding. We had been looking for a new car for a long time but it took Julian Chin to find us the right car at the right price. All the members fo the staff who helped us from the Manager to the finance expert were professional, personable and patient.
