  I was treated professionally and with respect as a customer. I have had Mr. Marrs as my service advisor for a few years now and he is always great. He is just an honest and decent person. He is truly an asset to the dealership. He is the reason I came in to do the B service, I knew he would tell me the truth. The technician that performed the service seems to have also done a great job. My car sounds as quiet as it always has and I am very satisfied with coming to your dealership. Blessings

  Elio Ayala is super wonderful, humble, soft spoken and respectful gentleman you can wish to have as a service rep. He is my favorite service representative and I’ll choose him over and over again. I drive all the way from Bowie to Silver Spring because I trust Alio and his care for my GLE 53. He is usually thorough and he explains technical concepts in ways that a lay person can understand. He presents advice without putting pressure on me.

  I bought my 7 th E class since 1996 from this dealership and the sales process was by far the most pleasant mercedes purchase I've experienced. My salesman Brian B is a bona fide sales professional with 16 years at this dealership. He did a great job, being honest and fair. He even helped me get additional discounts. Their finance manager Brad was very helpful and easy to deal with. I live in Baltimore and it was worth the easy drive down Rt 29. Silver Spring Mercedes facility is nicer than the Baltimore dealerships. This will now be my go to dealership for purchases. Highly recommend!!!
