My coolant temp sensor was broken and I needed coolant to be refilled they told me to come back because they didn't have any in the shop.So I tried to come back but was scared and nervous as the temp read H on my car. I called and informed them that and one worker was kind enough to meet me near their shop (less than 5 mins away) and assist with filling coolant in my car. However after reading my car from a prior visit and remembering me from that visit the worker assured me that my car was fine and that my car was not overheating. He refilled my coolant to assure me. This is what great customer service looks like.

There were no appointments available online for at least a week so I asked what about walk ins. The employee told me they were only accepting walk in appointments between 6-11 AM, which is inconvenient for anyone working onsite during the week. So I got online to see what other options were available nearby and this Jiffy Lube location popped up…was open until 7pm and 6 minutes away. I drove over and they started working on my truck immediately. In less than an hour they completed not only my oil change, they also replaced my cabin and engine air filters…all for about ~ $100 less than what the dealership was going to charge me. The staff on duty were friendly, efficient and provided great customer service. Don’t forget to check online because they offer discounts for first responders and teachers and coupons.
