They had to pick it up from another location. I had to wait 45 minutes to get the car. This is unacceptable I had to be somewhere and was late. Will never rent a car from here again.

Other customers were not so nice to her which is unfortunate. 3 stars because the 2nd young lady who helped me has a really really bad attitude. It is almost as if she's angry with the customers because she has to do her job. Either do it with a good attitude or find something else. She was so rude from the first time she "helped" me up until the 2nd time she "helped" me. Enterprise please work your magic and get rid of her. Aside from that, the van I rented was very clean, and in full working mode. No complaints on the van.
