    I had a horrible experience at this location.At this moment im waiting for a manager to called me.The Associate that helped me to do the rental did not provided the right information.she told me that I was going to be paying a tax fee which I do not believed that was correct,since the insurance was paying 100 % for the rental.I called and was told that the reason why im paying the extra fee is because I was given a bigger car from the one the insurance had approved,which I was not informed.The Associate added a car that she wanted, no opción were given to me.Clients should be informed before shoosing a car for them.All I needed was a car to take me from home to work.
