Fast friendly service, accommodated request for a vehicle with all wheel drive, and the vehicle was great! Could not have been happier. I wish I could remember the team members that helped me so I could thank them by name. One note: During busy times it was difficult to get through to the location to schedule drop off and ride back. I know they were super busy though. Once we got through everything was seamless. Maybe have a team member dedicated to answer the phone during busy times?

Well played guys!!!Perfectly scammed me for the nissan sentra.Believe me you stay away as much as as you can from this particular branch.Scammed me for $300 over the damages i am not responsible for.Gave me a car with faults and damages and now trying to accuse me of being responsible for the same.CHEATS, SCAMMERS, FRAUDSTERS!!!!!!No inspection upon return just so they can accuse you of any kind of damages they wish to.Also they will try an charge you lower than the Insurance deductible amount just so the insurance does not be a part of this and does not deal with it and you end up being completely responsible for the damages and pay out of your pocket for the damages you have not made or rather not aware of.STAY AWAY FROM SILVER SPRING ENTERPRISE.NAMIT SATAM

Absolutely unacceptable experience. My father was wrongly charged for damages that were already on the vehicle before he even drove it.
He was originally told to pick up the car at the Takoma location, only to be redirected to the Silver Spring location. When we picked up the car, there were visible damages. We pointed them out to an employee named Erin, and she told us the damages were already documented in their system and that we didn’t need to take pictures.
When the vehicle was returned, we were later shocked to receive a bill charging my father for ALL of those same pre-existing damages — not even the small 3-inch windshield crack that actually occurred while we had the car was listed. They literally billed him for damage that was already there.
When we went back to Silver Spring for help, the manager Kayla was dismissive, rude, and took zero accountability. Instead of assisting, she shut us down and told us to go to another location, claiming they had “no record” of the car or damages. How does a location have no record of a car they rented out?
The customer service was disrespectful, unprofessional, and honestly disgusting. This is not the first time this location has treated customers poorly.
Take pictures and record everything if you rent here they will try to charge you for damages that aren’t yours and then act clueless.
Would never rent from this location again.

I had an extremely disturbing and unprofessional experience at this Enterprise location.
After renting a pickup truck, I was sitting inside the vehicle syncing my phone when a man parked next to me and aggressively asked if and when I was going to move. I calmly told him I would move once I was finished. He then raised his voice and said he worked for Enterprise and that I needed to move immediately.
When I asked for his name, he stated it was Jerome and began using profanity. He then made a threatening gesture as if searching for something inside his vehicle, stepped out, came to my passenger door, and said he would be “getting out in 10 minutes so we could fight,” and told me to step out of the car. This was intimidating and completely unacceptable.
I went inside to report the incident to a manager. While I was speaking with her, the same employee came through the back loudly stating that he “disliked rude clients,” doing so in front of other customers. The manager quickly escorted him into an office and later apologized to me.
This behavior was aggressive, threatening, and incredibly unprofessional. No customer should ever feel unsafe or be verbally threatened by an employee. This experience was extremely disappointing and has completely changed my view of Enterprise.

Extremely unprofessional service – Silver Spring location
We had a very disappointing experience with the Enterprise location in Silver Spring. We received an email confirmation stating that an 8-seater vehicle was available. To be safe, I called the location and reconfirmed the reservation, including asking whether any payment was required in advance. I was told everything was confirmed and no payment was needed.
One day before pickup, I called again just to confirm the pickup timing. That is when I was informed that there was no 8-seater available at all. This was shocking, as no one had informed us of this change earlier.
When I spoke to the manager Kayla , the interaction was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no proper explanation, just a vague response that they were “trying to look for an 8-seater.” When I explained that I had never received any voicemail or message notifying me of this issue, they claimed they had tried to call but I “did not pick up.” That is not acceptable communication, especially when this was a reservation for a large family trip.
If I had not called the day before, we would have arrived to pick up the car and been forced to cancel our entire trip. This level of poor communication and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
