  We had a great experience at this dealership. The dealership location is great. Our sales rep was Ron Askew. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Ron. Ron efficiently got us into a test drive of the particular car we’d come to see. He was quite knowledgeable and showed us all the features that would matter to us. He provided background information on the service history of similar vehicles to assure us of the reliability of BMW. Ron was very polite and professional. He was not pushy. Instead he seemed helpful and genuinely wanting to get a deal done that works for both parties. I trusted Ron. I’m happy we worked with him on our purchase. He’s a repeat salesperson for sure.

  I rarely write reviews… I primarily save those for establishments that I feel go above and beyond for the customer. Silver Springs MD BMW has done that, to specifically recognize “Alex” from their service department. My daughter was visiting Maryland with her BMW 325, and ran into an issue with her accelerator, she was over four hours away from home. Being nervous and concerned and wanted to be cautious for her, I looked up the closest BMW service center, which was the Silver Springs MD location. I spoke to a representative on the phone that placed me on hold and transferred me to Alex. One must first understand it was mid afternoon and Presidents’ Day holiday. Alex advised me his Service Center was short-staffed, but after hearing my dilemma, he informed me to have her drive the vehicle to him. Alex had his team do a complete safety inspection, upon completion he sent me the video link detailing the process. There were no issues discovered during the inspection. He assured me the vehicle was safe to drive after taking it for a test drive before returning it to my daughter. I have never experienced such excellent customer service than I have with Silver Springs BMW, specifically Alex! Every BMW location we have dealt with are superb but Silver Springs BMW and Alex went above and beyond caring for their customer’s safety. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for perfect and honest customer satisfaction! Thank you, Alex and Silver Springs MD BMW!
