  I cannot say enough about the service, hospitality, integrity and professionalism at BMW of Silver Spring. We drive Porsche, Mercedes and now Bmw because of BMW of Silver Spring. But what we will always drive no matter what is Bmw, As long as the team at BMW of Silver Spring stays the same. Iso, Kyle, Max, and Alex Leh in Service are just the best team ever! I have purchased from Card so many dealerships in the DMV over the last 20+ years. And I can tell you hands-down BMW of Silver Spring has the best guest hospitality and culture that I’ve ever experienced at a car dealership. it is the four seasons or Ritz of dealerships based on how you were treated and how above and beyond they go. Kyle is incredible and continues to amaze us. Please don’t ever change. A few days ago my wife’s tire blew out and she was on the way to pick up our 3rd kid with 2 already in the car. And of course Kyle and Iso were available to make sure our car got to them quickly, and tires were waiting. And they have been communicating since them to make sure we get the car back quickly and safer than how they received it. The culture of this dealership is special, and makes buying from them and servicing with them the best possible option always.

  I recently purchased a new car from Silver Spring BMW, and I can't say enough about how outstanding the entire experience was from start to finish. If you're looking for an easy, stress-free car buying process with top-notch customer service, this is the place to go. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff was friendly, approachable, and incredibly attentive to my needs. There was no pressure or overwhelming sales tactics, which is a huge relief compared to other places I’ve visited in the past. They really listened to what I wanted and offered thoughtful suggestions based on my preferences. A huge shoutout to my advisor and salesperson, Dawit Hagos and his Genius team Member, Amit . Amit and Dawit are very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right car for my lifestyle and budget. Both of them took the time to walk me through all the features of the car, explained different financing options, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that they were focused on providing me with the best possible experience. The process was seamless. I was able to test drive the car with Dawit right away, and the team made sure I was comfortable with all the technology and features before I made my decision. The financing was explained clearly, with no hidden fees or surprises, which is a huge relief in today’s market. What really impressed me was the follow-up after the purchase. They made sure I was satisfied with my new vehicle and even gave me a call a week later to check in and answer any additional questions. The customer care didn’t end once the sale was complete.   I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at BMW Silver Spring. I dropped off my car early in the morning (11/11/2025) and was told it would be finished the same day, but hours later I learned it wasn’t even close to be done. I asked for a loaner twice and was denied both times, one employee even suggested I “get a rental somewhere else.” I was promised updates by email and phone, but none ever came.I called at least 10 times the next day with no answer. When I finally reached someone through the parts department, a manager promised to call me at 4:00 PM, again, no call. I had to drive to the dealership myself, only to be asked why I was even there. Only then did they suddenly offer a loaner. After all of this, I was told my car had been “blocked,” with no explanation. This was one of the most frustrating, disrespectful service experiences I’ve ever had. Other customers seem to receive great service, so I don’t understand why I was treated this way. I expected better from BMW.

  Hi All, I had an awesome experience purchasing my BMW at BMW of Silver Spring. My salesperson was Ronald Askew and he did a great job pointing out to me the features in the car I wanted to purchase. He did an exceptional job in helping me choose the car that was right for me. There was no haggling no going back in forward to his manager. It was a great experience. I also want to thank Amit Thanki, the product specialist who was very patient with my wife and I and showing us how to get maximum use of our cars we astounded by his knowledge of BMWS.

  An amazing experience from start to finish. The MVP of course is Ron. I was turning in my lease unsure of what I was exactly going to leave with, hell wasn’t sure I would leave with anything at all, but Ron from the start made it clear we going to leave here with something you love and he wasn’t wrong. Love my new i5 the minute I pulled off the lot. He and Bridgette were excellent in helping me through the process and Ron especially didn’t leave the desk til he was able to come back with results. Greatly appreciate him and the team for helping me walk away with such a great car
