  I had an excellent experience buying our BMW x7 from Silver Spring BMW, thanks to Edwin. From the start, he really listened to what we needed and worked quickly to find an extremely close match with most of the options we wanted — and importantly, he helped us get it purchased before the end of the year so we could take advantage of the incentives and great financing rates. Edwin also went above and beyond by pointing out an additional discount we could get through Navy Federal and helping us take advantage of it. When the car was delayed at the Baltimore port, he stayed on top of it and facilitated speedy transport so everything could be finalized before year-end. There were a few hiccups along the way, but he handled them professionally and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We live in Northern VA and initially shopped closer to home, but after a much better overall experience at Silver Spring, we’re really glad we made the trip. The attitude, pricing, and rates were all excellent. Highly recommend working with Edwin at Silver Spring BMW — he’s knowledgeable, responsive, and truly looks out for his customers. I’m thrilled to be heading into the new year with a new car!

  Very professional atmosphere. Edwin was great. He did a great job explaining all the features (there’s a lot). I was very impressed with everyone I worked with Edwin, Rebecca and Max made the entire experience easy and helped me make my purchase with confidence that I got the best deal and vehicle for me.

  I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this Ron. This is my 3rd car from him and he always goes above and beyond. I came in with an older car and a complicated situation, and he immediately took ownership of the problem instead of brushing it off or making excuses. He worked tirelessly with every department to find a solution that actually made sense for me. At no point did I feel pressured, rushed, or misled. He was transparent, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me get into a deal I was comfortable with. Thanks to his effort and determination, I walked out with new car that I honestly didn’t think was possible when I first arrived. That doesn’t happen unless someone truly understands the business and is willing to advocate for the customer. Thank you Ron!

  I recently purchased a 2023 BMW X5 from BMW of Silver Spring, and the experience was exceptional. My Client Advisor, Miguel Mendez, was professional, knowledgeable, and ensured the entire process was seamless. After the sale, I discovered a minor cosmetic issue on the mirror housing; Miguel and the service team handled it immediately and with great care. I highly recommend Miguel and the team for their commitment to customer satisfaction.
