  Joy Chilcoat is by far, the most exceptional, kind-hearted, and personable service advisor I've had the pleasure to work with and deserves only the best. My parents aren't the most fluent English speakers, so it takes them a bit more time to fully know what's going on with their cars. With that, she has consistently taken the time to walk them through what the car needs in situations where I can't be there to help translate things. Most importantly, she's honest, and my parents agree. Her personality shines through the language barrier. With 3 BMWs purchased new and serviced here, I would recommend Joy as an Advisor every single time.

  Horrific experience with this dealership. I would caution anyone from purchasing a vehicle from this business as they are the quintessential used car dealership people you hear nightmares of. I cannot speak to everyone that works here, but if you are unfortunate enough to deal with sales associate Hamzid or sales manager John I would highly advise that you seek other associates if unable to go to another dealership all together. Fortunately I gave my business to another BMW dealership and could not have had a larger contrasting experience and hope that other buyers take my advice to steer clear of this place

  “World Class” Customer Service at BMW of Silver Spring I recently had an outstanding experience at BMW of Silver Spring that truly reflects what the BMW brand stands for. I would like to personally recognize General Manager Steve Saracky and Service Manager Joe Diss for their exceptional leadership and commitment to customer care. During my visit, we encountered a situation that required extra attention. Mr. Diss immediately stepped in, handled everything with confidence and professionalism, and made the entire process seamless. What stood out most was his genuine concern for our experience—he expressed that his goal was to make sure my wife would be happy, and he delivered on that promise. Under the leadership of Mr. Saracky and Mr. Diss, this dealership sets a high standard for what customer service should look like. This was truly a world-class experience, and it has strengthened our loyalty to BMW.

He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt completely confident in my decision. There was never any pressure, just genuine support and professionalism. What really set this experience apart was David’s willingness to coordinate shipping my BMW X3 all the way to Florida.   I just had to reach out and share my wonderful experience working with Mr. Amit Thanki when I purchased my new certified BMW I4 vehicle. My intent was to trade in my car after searching online the availability of a regular vehicle, however after seeing the vehicle it was not to my liking. I appreciate Amit showing me the EV BMW's as I never had an electric car, thus not a problem because Amit professionalism, patience, and outstanding detailed knowledge laid my concerns to rest. Any and all questions and concerns were throughly answered and when I saw, and test drove the EV, I knew it was worth it! Amit even took the time to go over the safety and many additional features with me,, and was kind enough to place my vehicle tags on.
