I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Audi Silver Spring and especially my sales representative, Zee. From the very beginning, he stood out.
I initially contacted the dealership through their website, and Zee followed up quickly. He really listened to what I was looking for and set up a test drive that was incredibly convenient for me. When I arrived, he had a car ready that matched exactly what I wanted—no runaround, no wasted time, and no trying to steer me toward something else.
Zee was kind, respectful, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. What really made the experience stand out was his infectious enthusiasm for Audi—you can tell he truly loves the brand and knows the cars inside and out. He took the time to thoroughly walk me through the features of the 2026 Audi Q3 and was incredibly patient with my many (many!) questions. At no point did I feel rushed or brushed off—he made sure I understood everything.
During the test drive, he actually listened to what I cared about in a car and encouraged me to try things out myself. For example, when I mentioned wanting to test the turning and handling, he suggested we pull into a parking lot so I could really get a feel for it. That level of attentiveness—and willingness to let me experience the car on my terms—made a big difference.
Beyond Zee, the overall atmosphere at Audi of Silver Spring really stood out. The dealership felt welcoming and professional, and everyone I interacted with was respectful, helpful, and easy to work with. The car itself has truly world-class technology, which can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but Zee got the technologist on-site to step in right away,. The technologist walked me through the essentials, and gave me a few helpful tips to get started. That extra support made a big difference in getting comfortable with everything.
What I appreciated most was how low-pressure the entire process felt. Zee was focused on making sure I was comfortable and informed, not just making a sale. I ended up doing some price comparisons while I was thinking about the car, and Zee and the Audi of Silver Spring team were quick to respond, transparent, and ultimately beat the best price I found elsewhere. Zee stayed responsive without being pushy, which I really respected and appreciated.
Even after the purchase, Zee followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was happy with the car. That kind of follow-through says a lot about how he approaches his work.
I test drove many cars during my recent search, and this was easily the most professional, straightforward, and positive experience I had. Zee made the process easy from start to finish, and I’d go back to him and this dealership again without hesitation.
